"When I decided to become a partner during the formation of the company back in 2002, I had little experience in real estate sales. All my experience was in operations," says Mark Warren now broker/owner. "But one thing I quickly recognized was the quality of sales associates and staff the two companies had. I wanted to find a way to blend the two companies together, comments Warren, definitely easier said than done. After a few years of success, as well as some set backs, we settled into a business model that defines our company today."

Warren says, "Today our company is recognized as the #1 ERA in the State of Mississippi and a top 100 ERA company nationally." He continues, "In 2007 we were only one of ten companies in the southeastern region of the CARTUS Relocation Network recognized by CARTUS for our BPO accuracy, which is no small feat." BPOs are "broker price opinions" that relocation companies require their network member brokers to provide. To be recognized your company list to sell ratio had to be within 5% or less.
What I am most proud of is
our associates 2008 YTD Customer Satisfaction Rating of over
95%. You can't achieve those kinds of results in a company
of our size without caring and hard working sales associates and staff. In 2009
we continued our progress by gaining more than twice the market share of
any other top ten company in the Jackson Association of Realtors. That 70% gain
was huge in a very challenging real estate market.
In 2010 we moved forward with our national
franchise with the introduction of The New ERA Real Estate, "A
Smarter Community". Under the direction of Charlie Young the new president
of ERA Franchise Systems, we are delivering move value to our clients through
increased collaboration and innovation. Everything in real estate is changing
